BLAKE OWEN

Following in his parents footsteps, Blake joined Ed and Cathy in March 2003 to pursue a career in real estate. Prior to joining his parents at Premier Properties, Blake worked as a PGA of America Club Professional at private country clubs in Cleveland , Detroit , and right here in Naples . The valuable customer service, interpersonal, organization, and problem solving skills required to succeed in this business are the same characteristics Blake uses in his daily real estate activities. Blake is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio . He was pleased to be selected as a member of the 2004-2005 Class of Leadership Collier, and is an active member of the Young Professionals of Naples. |

CATHY & ED OWEN

When Ed and Cathy decided to retire from the corporate world, it came as no surprise they were headed to Naples, the paradise they had discovered in 1967 when Ed's parents decided to retire there. It was a dream that Ed and Cathy shared for over 20 years as they packed and unpacked, moving to and from eleven different cities, spending a majority of their lives in Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois.
No matter where they lived, in the Midwest or the four years spent in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the Owen family always came "home" to Naples for vacations and holidays. Spending four incredible years in South America, gave them lifelong friends, most of whom have also made Naples a part of their lives.

With so much enthusiasm for the area, Ed and Cathy knew they didn't just want to live in paradise - they wanted to help others discover it for themselves. That's why they enjoy their careers as real estate professionals. Beginning at Coldwell Banker, Cathy and Ed were Certified Preview Luxury Home Specialists. They achieved immediate success and were repeatedly in the top 1%-2% of agents nationwide, earning the coveted International Presidents Elite status. Their success and commitment to excellence continues with their association with Premier Properties of Southwest Florida Inc, REALTORS. Cathy is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and has earned her Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) designation.
They have two sons. Blake, also a realtor with Premier Properties, is a partner in the OwenResidential team, living in Naples. Todd, his wife Jenni, and their two children live in Durham, North Carolina.
Beyond real estate, Cathy and Ed have a strong commitment to the community. Both are graduates of Greater Naples Leadership and continue to actively participating in numerous volunteer activities and organizations. On the personal side, Cathy and Ed thoroughly enjoy reading bedtime stories to their grandchildren, traveling to new places, sharing wine and laughter with friends, and are striving to lower their handicaps when time permits.
Ed graduated from Bowling Green and received his MBA at the University of Michigan. Cathy attended Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and the University of Michigan.
