Stretching from the Gulf of Mexico east to US41 (Tamiami Trail) and bordered by Bonita Beach Road to the north and Immokalee Road to the south, this area includes: Audubon Country Club, a private, gated country club community offering tennis, croquet, 18-hole golf course. The Dunes, a gated tennis and resort style condominium community offering tennis courts, pool, health/fitness center and clubhouse with formal and poolside dining. Pelican Isle Yacht Club is a gated condominium community with boat docks, fitness/health, tennis courts, and access to the Gulf through Wiggins Pass. Located just north of Pelican Bay, Vanderbilt Beach extends north along Gulfshore Drive from Vanderbilt Beach to Bluebill Avenue.
